How do the three plans differ in scope?
Plan 1 covers stable platform operation with reporting and exports. Plan 2 adds a controlled distribution layer via AIO Studio and endpoints. Plan 3 adds continuous updates, re-generation and ongoing monitoring.
How do onboarding and go-live work?
You start with the audit and workshop. Then the initial modeling is delivered and your selected plan is activated. From go-live the platform runs in monthly operations mode.
What are the contract and cancellation terms?
After the initial modeling is completed, plans can be cancelled monthly. For reliable operational results we recommend a minimum runtime of 90 days.
How do billing and procurement work?
Billing is monthly by invoice with 14 days payment terms. Prices are net excl. VAT. On request we support procurement documents for larger organizations.
What happens to the data when the contract ends?
You keep the elaborated content and models. Relevant outputs are exportable, the active platform dashboard is deactivated after contract end.
Can multiple brands or locations be modeled?
Yes. Multi-brand and multi-location setups are available from Plan 3 as an enterprise configuration, including separate data and approval logic per unit.
Is there a partner or reseller model for agencies?
